“The Wayoo” which means “the air” or “the wind” in Thai, is designed to embody the beauty of nature while offering modern luxury and sustainability. The concept of air is integral to the design, as it signifies the constant presence of nature in our lives, much like time that flows continuously through every period. Just as air surrounds us everywhere, it represents freedom, tranquility, and the seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.

Style: Tropical Modernism, emphasizing open spaces and natural light.
Structure: Reinforced concrete frame with masonry infill for durability and stability.
Roofing: Sustainable roofing materials designed for rainwater harvesting and thermal insulation.

1. Maximized Views:
The villa is strategically positioned to capture breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding landscape from every room. Large floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and offering unobstructed views of the lush greenery and sparkling waters.

Inspired by the concept of a pavilion, the living spaces are designed to “breathe” in and out, creating an atmosphere that feels alive. Open floor plans encourage airflow and natural ventilation, enhancing comfort and reducing reliance on artificial cooling.
